It's been awhile since I've "tested my batteries", so I decided to recharge myself and reground my aura shield before attempting further journeys. To be honest, I feel at this point as though there is some block to my progress. I'm sometimes frightened when I think of my journeying, and this fear is something I feel I'm just going to have to work through and let dispel naturally. Sometimes the thought of where I've been so far, and where I might go in the future, is a bit intimidating.
I have never spoken to anyone else who has gone where I've gone, and done what I've done. Some external support and guidance would be helpful for these times when I'm not strong enough to guide myself. In the meantime, I'm certain that I could use a boost of energy.
Sitting cross legged on my ledge, I "opened" my head to the sun and let energy flow through my body from above. I sent it rushing through me and down into the floor, passing far into the Earth. When I felt I had gathered as much energy as I could hold from above, I reversed the flow and felt the energy rise from the earth and pass through my body and out of the top of my head. Again, I concentrated on pulling the energy up from beneath me and sending it spinning through my body, sending the extra energy upwards.
I worked with both energies for awhile, feeling them join in my center and spin, shooting off little spinning sparks of light that spread along the nerves of my body. I concentrated on using this spinning energy of light to reinforce my aura. I felt it become brighter and firmer.
With a thought, I brought myself to the Healing Spring, and immersed myself in the water. It cleansed and strengthened my aura, making it glitter.
I brought myself to the top of the World Tree, and above me I could see the shimmer of stars match the shimmer of my aura. From the top of the tree I could also see the full moon and the sun. My aura began to expand into the Solar System until I could spread my arms and touch the Moon and the Sun together. I continued to stretch and grow, my aura protecting me and becoming my body. I leaned over and rested my cheek against the moon as though it were a small cushion.
I turned away from the Moon, and expanding further, warmed my hands by the sun, as though it were a small flame of a tiny campfire burning in the blackness of the universe.
I saw the tiny sphere of Earth floating by me, encircled by it's fragile skin of air. I wrapped my aura around it, and let the planet float gently between my cupped hands. I sent healing green energy to the Earth, until the whole sphere glowed with light.
I began to pull my aura in about my self, watching the solar system slowly expand around me as my focus narrowed again. I pulled in my energy tighter, until I was again standing on the World Tree. I drew the last of my expanded aura within me and returned to my ledge.
The Journey ended.
