| January, 2004 ~ Upstate New York... winter can get quite cold in these parts. On a night when the temperatures fell to -11F, I took this picture of the frost that spread across the windows of my back porch. I see wings and feathers, frozen in flight. The beauty of the sparkling ice crystals took my breath away. (So did the frigid cold!) |
